Notices:

1. To register online, the electronic photographs must be:
- Recently taken to show how you look now
- A size of two inches
- Captured on a simple white background
- Captured with the entire face toward the camera
- With both eyes open and a neutral expression

- Except for everyday religious attire, uniforms should not be included in your shot.
