This scholarship is subject to the following continuous requirements:

  • At the time of application and during the scholarship period, the recipient must maintain respect for these terms and conditions as well as the eligibility requirements.
  • The winner must consistently maintain strong academic and financial standing (Green status in SIMO).
  • Unless specifically authorized by ECU at its sole discretion, the grantee must maintain a full-time enrollment load of 60 credit points during the first year of their study.
  • As long as it qualifies for the scholarship, it can be transferred to another course. (which ECU has complete discretion to withhold).
  • The scholarship is only valid for tuition; it cannot be applied to other student expenses. At the appropriate census date, ECU will immediately apply for the scholarship on a unit-by-unit basis.

  • The scholarship cannot be transferred to another university or to an ECU location or partner outside of Western Australia.

  • If the recipient does not accept their Letter of Offer or enroll in their course by the applicable date or dates mentioned, the scholarship may be canceled.

  • The scholarship cannot be postponed.

  • Tuition payments must be paid by the recipient by the deadlines specified. If this isn’t done, the scholarship could be revoked, and the tuition charge structure could return to full-fee international tuition.

  • The scholarship’s continued eligibility is entirely up to ECU.

  • The beneficiary must comply with all applicable visa requirements as well as any applicable ECU legislation, rules, bylaws, policies, procedures, or other such instruments.

  • Any change in circumstances that could influence the recipient’s continued eligibility for the scholarship must be reported to ECU.

  • The ECU 2026 Australian Qualification International Scholarship has not been awarded.
